Evercare Visits the Bone Marrow Transplant Centre and SCFN Laboratories

The Sickle Cell Foundation Nigeria on the 5th of March, 2024, hosted the Evercare Foundation’s Director of Partnerships & External Affairs, Dubai, Joumana Atwani and  Kehinde Oyesiku, the EverCare Hospital  Chief Business Officer, Nigeria, to a facility tour and courtesy visit.

The Evercare Foundation is a non-profit organization with its Headquarters at Burj Daman, DIFC, Dubai, UAE.

EverCare Foundation contributes towards building resilient health systems and improving the well-being of vulnerable communities in low and middle-income countries with a focus on women’s and children’s health.  The Foundation’s mission is centred around providing equitable healthcare for vulnerable communities to create inclusive societies and to support the rights and dignity of everyone.

The Evercare Foundation Team was received by the SCFN Operations Manager, Anthony Babatunde and the Public Relations Officer, Caleb Audu.

The tour covered a cross-division assessment of the Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) facility and the various laboratories and operational units of the Sickle Cell Foundation Nigeria.

Joumana Atwani established and acknowledged mutual project engagements between both Foundations and expressed profound regard for the magnitude of work and operational system efficiency run by the Sickle Cell Foundation Nigeria and committed to prospective collaborations.
